Oyo Rooms — misbehaving of guest house staff/manager

Hello OYO team, Today i was booked room mentioned in trailing mail and here i am very upsets due to misbehaving by gest house staff during the check in time. I want to ask to Oyo team, you are supporting to this types of check in because property persons said to me that you can complaint to Oyo about this behavior or do anything that you want. OYO Rooms customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
