I had booked a room at Dehradun for 6 nights. However, upon checking in on 01 Oct 22, the amenities as shown and promised during the booking on the app were not made available. Moreover, the one of the staff was intoxicated and passed loose comments on us ( me and my spouse). Also the staff was not at all responsive.
Finally on cancelation of my booking after 1 day of stay, 1 day charges over and above my 1 day stay charges have been deducted as penalty without considering the fact that it was the pathetic state of the property and misbehaved staff that forced me to shift from that property.
The fact that the staff was intoxicated and poses a threat to the safety and security of the guests should be considered and no penalty charges should be charged for cancelation of the booking. Was this information helpful? |
