[Resolved] Oyo Rooms — misbehaviour of hotel staff during check-in | |||
I booked a room from 31st dec -1st jan in jaipur at hotel blue. I was supposed to check-in at 10pm when i reached there the receptionist along with the staff were drunk and dancing there and refused to give us the room. They misbehaved with us. Then i had to cancel the booking and search for another hotel which was actually very difficult at 31st night. This unprofessional attitude at oyo rooms is not tolerable. It ruined my new year night. I request oyo rooms to take action against their hotel blue sapphire and revert me back as soon as possible. Was this information helpful? | |||
