[Resolved] Oyo Rooms — Misbehaviour of receptionist and took extra money at check in

I booked a room through oyo app and make advanced payment on app, but at checkin receiptionist asked me to pay 847₹ extra from my booking amount saying its their tariff charges which I dont understand. They warned me that I can cancel my booking if I dont pay extra charge. I tried contacting oyo customer service but my call was not connecting very bad service from oyo. I need my extra charges that I paid back as it is not acceptable. My booking ID is OHUI4908 and I have shared screenshot of payments done by me. They even refused to give me bill at checkout. This service is not expected from oyo. Kindly refund me my money.
