[Resolved]  Oyo Rooms — misbehaviour towards customers and slang language

When we had checked in they had assured complimentary breakfast but refused to provide so in the morning.
While checking out, we negotiated to reduce the amount but they rebelled back.
They used slangy language to say that the fault was ours for not ordering. Highly intolerance and insulting behaviour in front of other customers too.
They challenged us to even file a fir. Very threatening attitude.
Can't explain our helplessness for not being able to complaint against them
