[Resolved]  Oyo Rooms — Misguiding app details and incur unwanted expenses

I booked oyo with booking id AT5N8379 in oyo flagship 76522 in delhi from 2nd to 5th december. Evening of 2nd i called oyo customercare and made sure that i would check in at 1Am of 3rd dec since my flight will reach delhi by 12.30am.
When i reached the oyo destination which the app showed, i could not find any oyo hotels at that place at 1AM in night. When i tried to call customer care of oyo, it was very busy, i could not connect to any one of them. I tried calling 'call hotel" option from oyo app repeatedly, after some time one drunkard guy from oyo hotel answered my phone and he provided a way to oyo hotel. When i sent my taxi away, to my surprise i found that i went to a oyo (oyo townhouse 373) which i dint book (since the automatic call hotel option connected to a wrong oyo).
The hotel guy refused my check in and later i could call back the oyo which i booked also. Stuck at night 1am, i paid Rs.1638 and checked in the oyo 373 thinking tomorrow morning i will check in to my previous hotel. Though the hotel was very untidy, having not other option i checked in it.
At 2Am in night i called the customercare and explained everything and he assured me it will be sort out by morning 9am and gave a ticket id - [protected] and then i slept of. When i wokeup at 8.30 and i checked out at 10am thinking i ll go to oyo 76522. To my surprise i received a mail stating ' your booking to oyo 76522 as been cancelled since i have not turned up to the hotel'. since i have cheked out the oyo 373 hotel also, i am standing in middle of road, and called oyo customercare. After explaining everything she(oyo executive) just raised a ticket number ([protected]), and informed me some other person from oyo will cal me. I have been standing in road for 1hr, no one called me, so with no other option i checked in back to 373 oyo and paid 3000 to extend my stay till dec 5, manager assured that he would provid a clean and tidy room . But the promise was not assured, linen were dirty, water stagnating in restroom, stinky rooms. Still now oyo has not called me regarding this and they have removed my booking from app compeltely but i could manage retrieving it from my mail.
Altogether 5898 rs i have lost for just staying in stinky room from 2am to 9am.
