I booked a room at oyo. Conference call with my friend who was at the way to shimla and it was done. It was a 10 min call and the operator booked the room but when the call got disconnected. I did not received any confirmation as was like previous bookings
Another guy named shiva picked the call and then said he donot have any record regarding our previous booking and asked me to book the room again. I did what he said. It was a nice experience with both the calls
But the 2nd call i made just to make them realise how it feels. But however it was my personal reason to cancel the booking.
But the 2nd operator said that they had not received any call from my end regarding my booking and kept on asking my booking id.
I have both the recordings and call details and i donot want to pay any cancellation fee. Till the time my issue will get resolved

When i asked them regarding their customer care or complaint helpline number, 2nd operator simply denied me. How can i have a booking if the first one did not confirmed me.
