[Resolved]  Oyo Rooms — Money Debited but booking wasn't made

I made a booking today in hotel airside from oyo app through my debit card of 3062 rupees Although the money was debited from my account but the booking didn't complete and my money isn't refunded yet

They contacted through call and explained the whole issue with me. I can't say that issue is resolved but oyo wasn't at fault in this. It was my due to some technical issue and now they advised me to contact my bank. Thank you for the response
