I have tried to book a room through my app on 23rd January 2021 in OYO Home 47778 Cozy Stay.The Booking Id is EWIX1757. The amount Rs 2355.00 got debited from my account, but booking was pending.
So I lost my money and I couldnt stay at the hotel as the book was pending, they never picked my call to give the refund details or to help me out for the same.
I have tried to contact in +[protected] but they were disconnecting the calls.I want refund.
Will go for next level, if no response.
