[Resolved] Oyo Rooms — Money Deducted but booking not complete

Today around 12.30 I was booking a hotel at Kolkata, the money get deducted but booking not done showing a error message "Something went wrong". My booking page is empty. This is Very ridiculous service from Oyo. Moreover one cannot complaint without booking ID in their helpline number. How can anyone complain when they cannot give the booking id.
Please find attached picture which I get from the bank confirming money get deducted.
