I made a booking with amount 1296/-, paid via UPI. Money deducted from bank and I checked with bank customer service as well, that transaction was successful. But from Oyo side, person consitently mentioned that we cant do anything as booking id is not generated and I have to contact bank people only to check wrong transaction.
Oyo, did not try to see if they recieved a mony with help of accounts team, and ultimately no solution was given.
I was told by ICICI person in these situations (in case money has not been reflected in reciepients account) it gets credited to reciepients account only and will not be credited back to senders account. Was this information helpful? |
