Oyo Rooms — Money deducted but I didn't get any booking Id and rooms

Address:Chennai,ECR ,shollinganellur, townhouse 1005 Gsilver hotels and resorts

I have booked room in Oyo in Chennai ECR Townhouse.my money was deducted from my bank account but i haven't received any booking Id and massage or mail..and the hotel refused to give room for that payment
