This is to raise an issue while doing an booking in OYO. While doing the booking, the amount was deducted from my Amazon Pay account but order was failed due to some error in their portal and the booking ID was not created. Hence please let me know what is the status of my booking or when the amount will be refunded. Please find details of the transaction below.
