I had made a booking via oyo app for a hotel in mumbai. As soon as i completed the payment through debit card the money was deducted from bank account but the app showed that payment was failed and to tey again. The money did not reflected back in the back acc. Fir which i tried contacting the customer support helpline but it was only connecting to the sales team and for almost 3 hours either my call was disconnected or it was held on hold. No proper response was provided to me by oyo customer support team. They told to opt for option 2 which said to provide my no. Followed by last 4 digits of my resignation no. But it mentioned no such booking was found.
It's highly unpleasant experience which such huge amount is in grey area. I don't when it will be reflected back. My precious time is been wasted over such issues. And no regret was seen by oyo team. I once had a minor issue with AIRBNB but their customer support team is far better i didn't had to wait on a phone for 3 hours. Within minutes exicutive had all the details.
