I tried to Book a room in OYO app on 22.12.21. The payment was successful but there is no bookings in the app.
Then I paid in cash and stayed there. Then I made a complaint on mail there is no response. I tried to call customer care service they are replying this is only for booking no complaint.
If they are deducting money they have to provide service or they have to refund to the respective account. How can they hold my money for days.
Worst customer service from OYO please refund my money
