[Resolved] Oyo Rooms — Money deducted. Customer care not available to reschedule. Hotel staff says money has not reached them for rescheduling.

Made a booking for a particular day and immediately requested a change in date since wrong date was picked. Only BOTs responding to all my queries in chat support. Called hotel to check if they can reschedule to which they said oyo had not transferred them any money. They have kept all the money with them. Now they’re not giving me option to reschedule. On refund option they are giving me Rs 130 which is less than 10% amount of the booking amount I paid (1.5k). There’s no way I can reach them. Have msged on social media handles as well but no resolution. My money is stuck and I can’t even make another booking.
