I tried to book a hotel room at goa on 1st of January 2022 through Oyo app and made the partial payment for the same. But the booking failed and still I got debited from my bank account. I used Google pay for this transaction and I have UPI transaction number of the same. Please help me resolve this issue.

[protected] which was credited to Oyo rooms account on 1.1.2022 without generating a booking ID.

OYO Rooms Customer Care's response Hi, we called you multiple times but there were no answers, however we have dropped a mail to raise chargeback with bank since there is no booking/payment from the number shared.
