[Resolved]  Oyo Rooms — Money got debited but no booking showing on OYO app

I was booking a room from Oyo app on 05/11/2021 from 7th heaven hotel Jamshedpur for Rs. 1194, and my money got deducted from my PhonePay Wallet but no booking showing on my Oyo app, tried to contact the customer care but they are unable to help me on that because I don't have the booking id. Need the refund asap. Please find the attachment for the payment
