I have book oyo room in 24aug in hotel art executive aurangabad Maharashtra via online phone pay rs 724 bt property owner say by the price issue we cannot take the room so i call customer care and they say dont worry we will refund ur amout in phone pay easily bt today is 19 September i dont recieved any money from oyo i call customer care they say intial hogaya hai just wait 20 days are overdue bt they donot refund me by amout
