I am still waiting for my refund of Rs. 966 from Oyo Rooms. Booking Id - Booking( ZIGU7432 )

Case Background - I made the advanced payment for the room, but at the time of check in, the hotel denied to give room. They said it is not available. After that, Oyo rooms customer care assured the refund but I did not receive any refund.

They wrongfully sent the resolution mail but I did not receive any refund.

Updated by saloni.m This is the proof of bookings made. But they denied to provide any room at the reception. Also, they did not send any cancellation mail and it was showing as check out from my end. After that, they sent a resolution mail but I did not receive any refund.
