[Resolved] Oyo Rooms — Money not received | |||
I am still waiting for my refund of Rs. 966 from Oyo Rooms. Booking Id - Booking( ZIGU7432 ) Case Background - I made the advanced payment for the room, but at the time of check in, the hotel denied to give room. They said it is not available. After that, Oyo rooms customer care assured the refund but I did not receive any refund. They wrongfully sent the resolution mail but I did not receive any refund. Was this information helpful? | |||
