[Resolved] Oyo Rooms — Money not refunded after cancelling the booking

The Biztel 4th floor Ojas mansion, Fraser Rd, near Vishal Mega mart, Patna, Bihar 800001
I booked a room on 23/10/22 for 25/10/22 but for some reason I had to cancel it. As per the cancellation policy of the hotel, if I cancelled my booking before 9:00 am then my money will be refunded so I did cancel my booking on 25/10/22 at 7:00 am but still the hotel has not refunded my money. The total amount was Rs. 1071
I therefore request the oyo customer service to kindly look into the matter and take the necessary actions.
