[Resolved] Oyo Rooms — Money paid for booking of hotel, but booking not showing on the App

On 3rd March I paid Rs 877 for partial booking of a hotel I got WhatsApp message of the confirmation of booking. But the booking is not appearing on the App. I can't cancel the booking now. I even tried calling customer care repeatedly. They are not at all helping.
My booking id is T37G6007
