[Resolved]  Oyo Rooms — my booking id jtih8197

Dear OYO Team,

I have booked room via ID number as captioned in subject line and i have done payment also. (refer as enclosed)

Now the Problem is that the Hotel Lake & wood is denying the confirmation while according to OYO status/customer care is confirmed.

Detail as below:

Booking ID- JTIH8197
Date of booking[protected]-2019

and one more thing i got to know while i talked to Hotel representative that OYO is not making any payment to me that is why i am not taking any booking from OYO.

Kindly resolve the issue at earliest.
