Oyo Rooms — My payment was successful twice but the merchant didn't receive any amount. So had to pay again. When to get the refund

I booked a oyo room on 15th April and paid the amount through phonepe and that too twice. My money got debited but the receptionist said they didn't get any payment. So I had to pay them again and in the third time it was successful for both the side. So when can I expect my refund for my 1st two transactions which were successful yet merchant didn't receive any. The customer service of Oyo is also not helping me in this matter.
