Hi,
My booking on aug20 got cancelled by Oyo due to unavailability of rooms in the hotel, and I didn't receive any refund till now.
I have called customer support more than 20 times till now, I am not getting any proper response from them. They are saying transferring the call to other one and is getting cancelled in sometime.
I didn't checkin to the hotel, but some agent is saying that Oyo hotel kept my status as checkout even without I entered into the hotel for stay.
I also got an email that I got cancelled booking from Oyo. On the same day when I called to customer support they told that current booking to cancelled and told do a booking for other hotel.
