Hi,
I booked room in oyo dated Dec 24, 2021 - Dec 25, 2021 . When i reached hotel, hotel owner denied room saying no room available . When i called Oyo then they confirmed that money will be refunded and later when again i contacted oyo regarding refund status then they said they wont refund as per cancellation policy . They didnt provided room nor they are giving any update on refund status . there number [protected] is not giving any option to talk with them regarding refund status nor Oyo chat assistance is replying .I would request please help me regarding same as its pure fraud . Neither they provided room nor they are giving any refund . Please help me in this regard .sharing chat below .
