I have booked the room in OYO application and I choose the near by hotel - OYO 80158 MTS Guest house. In the application the rate for the room is just 549Rs and I paid the amount too. When I try to checkin the hotel manager asking me to pay 500Rs extra. I asked why and he said that is how they are running the hotel and all the customer has to pay 500 RS extra or ask me to cancel the booking. I immediately try to reach OYO customer care and there is no response or unable to connect in call. I try to reach through OYO chat and it asking me to cancel the booking and I done that.
Here I am forcing to cancel the booking and the OYO company return only 63Rs. Now theyre enjoying my money without even single service. This is one of the cheapest behaviour of company like OYO. I have almost spend 3000RS to reach the hotel and I stand like a jocker in front of my family.
I need the my money back and whatever I spend because of this OYO company. Was this information helpful? |
