I have made multiple calls and placed requests through chat to receive the payment receipt for my booking with Oyo with booking I.d SNRM0706.
I need the escalation manager to please get in touch with me immediately, I have spent a million efforts now trying to receive this and resolve for once and all. If not, I will be forced to take the issue to social media.
Horrible, horrible customer support. Have never seen anything this pathetic. They just kept cutting my call when I said I need to escalate this.
