[Resolved] Oyo Rooms — no refund after 2 months, very unprofessional behavior | |
I had cancelled a booking made on oyorooms in february, no refund till date. Customer support is always on hold and once it connects, they don't understand the problem. Booking under name harsh it gupta, booked on 19th feb. Everytime i was given 3-4 days assurance earlier, now they won't even help with a promise. No hope for refund but hoping others take care before using this and falling prey to unfair practises. Was this information helpful? | |

Is this the way you give star rating to your hotels??
Only i have the rights to give the star rating of the hotel not the staffs. Really i am so disappointed with the hotel staffs.
