[Resolved] Oyo Rooms — No refund after cancellation | |||
I booked oyo room on 15 aug through call in ujjain. Their employee didn't inform me about the RTPCR report needed for check in and hotel authorities denifoe chech in. I booked the room at 9:10am and caneclled at 9:25 am. I tried calling customer care for refund but they didn't reply and just end the call. I even tried mailing them regarding this but no response. I have paid rs: 2160/- for a room but they are refunding my money. Was this information helpful? | |||
