[Resolved] Oyo Rooms — No Refund amount after cancellation | |||||
I have booked 4 rooms in Trivendrum through OYO rooms for my travel on 19th Oct 2015.I paid full amount INR7296. My travel plan was changed and I want to cancel only one room. But Oyo room web site does not have any facility to cancel only one room. I have to cancel all 4 rooms and re-book 3 rooms. As per OYO rooms policy full amount will be refunded if cancellation is being done 24 hours before check in. During cancellation, no message pooped up that I will not get any refund amount, otherwise I would have not cancelled it. During booking also, they have not mentioned no refund for this property. Now OYO rooms are not giving back my money INR7296. I planning to go to consumer forum for this fraud which OYO rooms are making. I request all traveller NEVER USE OYO ROOM SERVICES. Same is the case with me..i booked a room in a hotel in delhi..and paid in advance..due to sudden change of plans i had to cancel my booking..i cancelled the booking before 31 hrs of checkin as it is clearly mentioned full amount refund will be given if we cancel the booking before 24 hrs of checkin..but i got a messege saying refund amount 0..this is sincere breach of trust..i being a lawyer have already prepared the matter..and if i dont get my refund..will definitely approach the consumer forum..
