[Resolved]  Oyo Rooms — no refund and less amount refunded

Address:Dehradun, Uttarakhand

I booked the hotel for 5 nights and I paid complete amount beforehand my booking id for Oyo rooms was : XBWJ2974

I had to leave the hotel urgently on the 2nd night and return back.

Now I requested for the refund for the remaining days, they said as per the cancellation policy we will change for one night

I said that's fine at least refund me for the remaining 2 days to which they are not ready to provide
