I have booked an hotel through OYO for my stay in Bangalore from 20 Aug 2022 to 23 Aug 2022 with a booking ID L5LY4399
But when i reached at the property they didn't accept the oyo booking and transferred to another hotel 5 KM away from there.
But there also same issue, when i called the property they mentioned they also not accepting OYo. So i called customer care and they informed that, they will do complete refund amount of 1983Rs. But after 2 days i got a message stating that 565 Rs has refunded.
I tried calling them to get remaining amount but no one has provided a complete answer..
