Hi,
Due to check-in denied issues, I have asked refund from Oyo and they agreed in email and call that the paid amount Rs.5930 will be refunded. They asked me to wait for 7 to 14 days, but now it has been 18 days and refund has not been processed. Called customer care [protected] for more than 10 times. They do just transfer but the call was put on hold for several minutes and they disconnected the call, There is no proper response.
Filing the complaint with the below details. Please resolve this ASAP
