[Resolved] Oyo Rooms — No refund for cancelled booking

We had booked a room vai Oyo and the hotel person told us couples not allowed instead of we were married couples...so we cancelled our booking...and Oyo customer care told us to do another booking for refund...so we did and now they r not providing us refund for the same
