[Resolved] Oyo Rooms — no refund for room booking | |||
I had arrived at the OYO room 4802 on 27th Jan ( Cohin city Residency ) Booking no TXKO8401. The room here demanded more from what I had to pay i.e 977 Rs and when i called your customer care[protected], they responded saying that they could do nothing related to this. I was forced to pay an amount of rs 1600 and the recidency manager told us that he will not book under OYO so that he can repeat this daylight robbery to other customers too. I have never recieved any refund or any sort of feedback from your side. Was this information helpful? | |||
