I have made a booking on 24th Nov 2021 with OYO Rooms, and i cancelled the same booking on the same day under the policy norms of OYO rooms, i get the status on the app the my booking is cancelled and my amount will be credited to my account in 7-14 days, I tried to connect with their support teams with several times, but they don't give me resolution on this. I tried to chat with them but there is just auto generated responses. Here are the details-
