[Resolved]  Oyo Rooms — No Refund from OYO (Fraud)

I have made a booking on 24th Nov 2021 with OYO Rooms, and i cancelled the same booking on the same day under the policy norms of OYO rooms, i get the status on the app the my booking is cancelled and my amount will be credited to my account in 7-14 days, I tried to connect with their support teams with several times, but they don't give me resolution on this. I tried to chat with them but there is just auto generated responses. Here are the details-

There is no way to connect with the support team which resolve this kind of issues. There customer care number is [protected].

I have checked my bank account details, my refund amount is not credited, i can share the bank statement if you want.

I dont stay this hotel, and as per oyo not hotel this place, hotel call is saying to me accept cash, why i have pay again and again, and what is your policy for client regarding, i have wait on road last few hours,

Why i am pay to oyo, i have pay to direct and this bookinv i dont cancelled, cancel to your side
