[Resolved]  Oyo Rooms — no refund or response since 14+ working days

I facef various issues with my stay of about 10 days. Tv did not work, no water or hot water, no power for most of the time, etc, for which they mailed saying they'll compensate with a refund of rs. 3484. Now, there is no response regarding this from customer service. I have called more than 20 times in 5 days. Booking id: tqwx7615

Very unprofessional and irresponsible.

Updated by Pratheekh Chandra Yet again. Promises not kept = Oyo Customer Service. They promsied to call me within 24hrs to resolve the issue. But, I did not receive any call. How can a multi million company fare with such irresponsible service? I've complained in the Government Consumers Forum as well. So pathetic.
