Departure Monday, July 25, 2022Upon arrival, no manager to check us in. Maid charges us $50 damage deposit, leads us to smoky room with damaged door frame, dirty floors, and no key, and no TV remote. Manager arrives, still no key, no remote, promises locksmith the next day. We notice people of questionable character living in the motel rooms around us, some smoking crack pipes, others mentally challenged. So, we bolster our door that night and then I stay in room to guard stuff the next day while my husband gets to go out and enjoy OUR vacation by himself.
