I had a booking from 5th may - 6th may but when i reached the hotel they denied to provide me a room coz they didn't had electric and water supply. Immediately i rang up the customer service helpline. The customer service guy booked an another room for me and asked me to visit that hotel. But the same thing happened there too. Even they denied to provide us a room bcoz they didn't had water supply and electric supply. I travelled all the way long and didn't get any room. At last i had to book another local hotel to get a shelter.
