Hi, my name is sneha, booking id - snlj7036 and i have booked a room under oyo for 3 days (22 august-24 august). When i came back to my hotel from my office i saw insects everywhere in my room. Tried to contact the hotel management about the issue and requested change of room but they denied saying the rooms were occupied.in parallel to this i was also on call with the oyo support team continuously trying to get a revert from them. After 2 hrs of calls and stuff my room was finally changed.
Now, next day in the morning i called in room service for morning tea. They took a whole of 50-55 minutes in sending a tea.
After waiting for 30 minutes i called back at the reception and asked that i have ordered the tea. The receptionist replied "have you not got your tea? Let me check" i said ok.. After that i waited for 20 minutes and when no one came i tried calling oyo to complain about the pathetic room service of the hotel and wanted an early checkout and to be relocated at a different property but the customer support executive told me that i can check out early however the amount remaining will be transferred back to me in 7-14 days and they can not relocate me to a different hotel.
My question to them is i have paid 3000 for the room and services, and when i am not satisfied with it. Why can't they transfer me to a new hotel. It is not me who is chevy out early out of personal reasons but because of the pathetic room and disgusting services of the hotel.
