[Resolved]  Oyo Rooms — no service from oyo to resolve denied checkin

I have booked hotel anand gardens (Booking id nhtl7395) on 29 aug 2019. The hotel denied checkin due to low tariff issue and asking another 650 rs extra. I have called 5 times to customer care number and all said that i will be getting a call back in few time. One executive said that he has adjusted the amount online and now i can checkin. After all this one execurive said, nothing has been done and he will shift me to hotel alexen grand (Booking id nhtl7395) which is 1 km from this place. I said ok. But after this booking got to my number, it was showing 27 kms in opposite direction where i was going. Again i called up for same, but no one responded me for resolution. Till 30 th morning i didn't received any call for my issue. On 30 th again i called and i just got answer that we are sorry and we can refund the amount.

Now the matter is that, this is not the first incidence with oyo. Everywhere we are suffering from the issue. At night time, where the customer will go and find another hotel?

Till date refund has not been done for the same booking and even no one cares about customer.in delhi i had problem.in lucknow also i had problem.

We are going to that hotel after getting a mail of booking confirmation. And after that hotelier denied checkin.

All this is not a professional business.

I booked a room for which the tariff was 1777 but when i went to hotel they asked me to make a new booking and denied my checkin. When i booked again my tarrif was increased to 4000
