I booked a hotel ( Hotel Tashi Norling ) room in Gangtok Sikkim, my booking was prepaid. I tried to contact hotel, the line was not reachable or connecting. Then I directly went to the hotel.
When I reached there the hotel manager told me that they are not having any tieup with Oyo since last couple of months. So I was not allowed to stay there.
My questions is :
1) why Oyo is cheating their customer
2) why they are harassing in refunding my money when I didn't checked in the hotel.
Their app is stating I checkout out. What the hell. It's your app you can update in any way. If I checked in pls provide me hotel register proofs. Their non sense customer support team is useless. I want resolution ASAP.
