Oyo Rooms — non-adjustment of payment | |||
Our package ID is TH-VHWD0013. We had given advance of Rs. 5000/- for confirmation of booking. Our tour package was for Kashmir for the period 14/08/2019 to 19/08/2019. As you are aware that due to security reasons, so many restrictions were there in J&K during mid August 2019. That is why we were unable to pursue our booking with OYO in J&K during August 2019. Afterwards, OYO representative tried to reschedule our booking in the month of September 2019 which is a month among busiest months for students due to their examinations in school. Therefore, again we were unable to pursue our booking with you in the month of September 2019. Keeping in view of above 100% genuine and logical problems, it was humbly requested to OYO rooms to hold our advance amount with them and we will try to re-plan our schedule in the coming months. We were not asking for any kind of refund. We were requesting them to just hold our advance amount with them for few coming months so that we can make a schedule to pursue the current booking with OYO. We have sent them mails 2 times and tel-conversations has also been made. But no response has been received till date. We are harassed by the OYO rooms. Was this information helpful? | |||
