[Resolved] Oyo Rooms — Non availability of triple sharing rooms | |||
We had book three rooms (One double sharing and two triple sharing) for one day today @ saas residency, calicut.. We paid the rent accordingly. When we reached here today, we found all the rooms to be double sharing.. All the rooms are small and can not accomodate extra mattress.. When we bought this to the hotel's notice, they told us that they are having double rooms in this category, which accordingly to them has been bought to the notice of oyo also.. They asked us to lodge our complaint with oyo as booking was done thorough you We feel sorry to have places our trust in you.. We feel cheated.. Was this information helpful? | |||
