I had stayed in OYO Flagship 11609 Hotel Ruby Grand at Hyderabad on an official work for 4 nights, booked through oyo as per booking id: QV2P8231.
The service apartment manager did not provide me with a tax invoice at the time of my check-out as he claimed that the tax invoice is to be provided by OYO. I talked to 9 OYO customer care personnel through the customer care number in their website. Each one of them redirected me to some other number and none of those calls got connected.
I repeatedly contacted the oyo service apartment where i stayed to get tax bills from them. But they said that they cannot give a tax receipt bill as the reservation is done through oyo.
As i work with the government of india, they will not reimburse my claims and it is quite difficult for people like me to book rooms with oyo. Was this information helpful? |
