Non issuance of providing tax invoice

I had stayed in OYO Flagship 11609 Hotel Ruby Grand at Hyderabad on an official work for 4 nights, booked through oyo as per booking id: QV2P8231.

The service apartment manager did not provide me with a tax invoice at the time of my check-out as he claimed that the tax invoice is to be provided by OYO. I talked to 9 OYO customer care personnel through the customer care number in their website. Each one of them redirected me...

I had a payment on OYO of 1019 INR for Booking date Sept 16, 2022 - Sept 17, 2022 with Booking ID - W5T02995 Hotel OYO 80431 Diamond In, Kakkanad. While reaching the hotel, owner was telling that no rooms are available & all are occupied. And he also suggested to cancel the booking for the refund amount. I am attaching a snapshot of the booking details here with the mail.
The refund amount for the booking has not been received yet. I have contacted the customer care of oyo many times. They have not solved my issue, and they are just trying to fool us by telling us that they are transferring telephone calls to the management team. Even though I have waited for minutes, I couldn't get anyone from your responsible team. I am completely unsatisfied with OYO services. Please credit my refund amount as soon as possible, otherways i have to move legally.

They asking me 500 rs more.. they said.. we take 1400 for single person and 1600 to 1700 for double.. others wise they don't allow us...this is going in all locations in nagpur..

        My refund for booking id TE7T6813 is pending from 1 month now, I have already shared my account details (ICICI Bank) in the link provided by OYO but iam getting continuous emails/sms that the account details are invalid even though it is correct.

        I have tried reaching customer care number [protected] for the last 20 days or so but I'am unable to reach the concerned person.

        Request you to please check and provide the refund.

          Booked collection O 50279 because of the friendly price and pictures showed on Oyo app. Checked in because of an urgent meeting. Came back to have one of the worst experiences with any hotel service I’ve ever had.

          The wall wasn’t clean, rooms were smelling, untidy bed sheet too. I had booked for 2 nights and paid extra 700 per night for a third mattress in the room, total 4000 Rs. i have checked out of the hotel only a few hours after checking in, that too I was at a conference for majority of the time and in the hotel for maybe half an hour. I have paid 2614 (2 nights) + 1400 for an extra mattress in the same room.

          I want a full refund for the same as The room condition was so bad that I had to check out within few hours of checking in. I am not even staying at the hotel. Your customer care is use less isn’t giving me a good solution.

          I don’t want oyo Money since after this experience I do not wish to book any stay with Oyo. I have video and photo proof of the quality of rooms. I am surprised Oyo even aloud such hotels to be listed, please get the property inspected.

            I have booked and stayed in Oyo booking hotel for 6 days, before checking in I have been asked to pay extra amount due to escalation, i contacted customer service centre and they said either I can choose different hotel or stay in the same hotel paying extra money, after i checkout I have to give them the receipt and I will get refund for the extra amount, after checked out i gave them my bank details and receipt, but they ignored, I have called the customer service around 15, 20 times everytime they are saying that they will connect me to service team sometimes to refund team or higher authority, but everytime my call is getting disconnected. my refund has not been initiated yet

                We had gone to Goa along with our family and friends on 14th august. We booked a resort naming Lourdes resort and payed around 6000 rs also for 2 rooms. They had mentioned some 25 kms from Panaji. But we had to travel more than 50 kms and it was in some galli type where even our car couldnt pass properly and when we reached there there is no such resort there. I informed oyo customer care immediately but they said they will give my refund, i called them multiple times but till now i have not received the refund.

                  I made a booking with an amount of Rs.6199 and they also charged extra Rs.199 for Oyo Wizard.
                  I made the cancellation on the same day due to some problems. When I try to claim refund through app or website, they ask to call customer service. Customer service people asks 10 minutes to verify and they cut the call in between. No mail regarding refund as well

                      I have book oyo room in 24aug in hotel art executive aurangabad Maharashtra via online phone pay rs 724 bt property owner say by the price issue we cannot take the room so i call customer care and they say dont worry we will refund ur amout in phone pay easily bt today is 19 September i dont recieved any money from oyo i call customer care they say intial hogaya hai just wait 20 days are overdue bt they donot refund me by amout

                        I have booked rooms at Delhi twice on 18 September 2022 through OYO rooms in Hotel Gush International OYO 8096 and Hotel Tashkent OYO 24677 both are situated in Pharganj Delhi . The booking was non refundable and i have already paid through phone pe. When the time of the check in, both hotels are denied my booking. The both hotel managements are said that they are not providing rooms for OYO customers and they have no longer contract with OYO. I want full amount refunded as Rs. 434 and 531 .

                            OYO townhouse 083 is running a scam by compelling customer to pay online before you reach hotel. Once reached, they deny their business with oyo hence you have to pay hiked charge again because you are in need.

                              I had booked a room and paid 2times payment for the same booking first payment was 965 and 2nd was 107 rs at 7.48 am. My booking id is H7IW1829
                              It was on 16th September and checkout was on 17th September but some cause I cancelled my booking on same day at 7.59 am
                              My money is still stuck and i have already spoken to 10 or even more than that executives but have not yet recieved my money.
                              It was Oyo flagship 30893 hotel Bob's.

                              Even on the app it is showing that the payment has been refunded but till now no refund has been received
                              I am so tired so exhausted so mentally harrassed and so done with the pathetic service which you guys offer

                                    I had made payment on oyo of Rs. 1149 for Booking Date Aug 14, 2022 - Aug 15, 2022 with Booking ID RS9M2413 Hotel OYO 14710 Hotel Pallvi palace.
                                    Hotel owner won't allow me to stay, He is saying that They are not accepting Oyo Booking.

                                    Only way to get partially refund from Oyo Robot Chat and I got only 358.0 as Oyo Money.

                                    I need full refund of Rs. 1149 to my original source of payment. I don't want Oyo Money.

                                      I stayed in Oyo Flagship 39773 Pride Image (+91 [protected]) in Banglore for 7hrs as I was visiting for official purposes. I booked through the Oyo app (Booking ID: DTJ67715) and checked in on 14th Sep 2022 around 9:30. As per Oyo check-in time is 12PM, so hotel management charged me an extra 300/- for early check-in. I had to pay (Rs. 1198/- + Rs. 300/- early check-in + Rs. 500/- security deposit) a total of Rs. 1998/-. As my work is finished I checked out on the same day around 4:30 and requested hotel management for the bill. The manager told me that bill will be provided by Oyo as the booking is done through the Oyo app and returned me Rs. 500/- as a refund of the security deposit. I contacted Oyo customer service and explained my requirement, I was told that as it is a one-day booking & the Oyo algorithm will consider 15th Sep 2022 at 11:00 AM as auto check out time and mail me the bill. The next day I did not receive any mail regarding the bill but through the Oyo application I was able to generate a bill but it was only for Rs. 40/-. I tried contacting Oyo customer service but no response from them. I contacted the hotel but they refused to give the bill and asked me to contact Oyo Rooms only. I need help regarding how to proceed further to resolve this issue.
