I made a booking for a hotel OYO 76593 Crystal Cottage on[protected] through the OYO app. The booking was from dates[protected] to[protected]. The payment has been made but I can't see the booking in my app or website. I have made a payment of Rs. 2504 for the booking. The booking has not been done so I have not received a booking ID and without a booking ID, I cannot contact customer support also. I need a full refund of the amount.

    Oyo says that amount have been transferred to my bank account via upi but i didn't receive anything as of yet. I have done 2 cancellations which totals to a sum of 571, which is a huge amount of money. The coustomer service said to wait for 24 hours but didn't get any refund even after 24 hours of wait. Its really absurd.d

      I had OYO rooms booking with booking ID of RWWE9963 (booked on 9th Sept 2022) for a room at Surat, Gujarat. I paid half payment of 1585/- via online mode. After reaching Surat, on a hotel told by OYO, they denied me check-in even after half payment. Then I took online customer help of OYO and they send me on 2 more hotels to repeat the same story. Finally, after about 5 hours of talking to customer care of OYO, I didnot get any room in any hotel. Then I complained to customer care again and they forcefully cancelled my booking and refunded only 500/- . They must return all that I have paid to them 1585/-. Why they will cut 1000/- for no mistake of me. Like this they are looting people. Please resolve this problem so that I may get back remaining 1000 /- too.

      OMG such a prompt service they provided which I never expected in my wildest dreams. I was thinking that i was thuged for 1k. But they really send me an email asking for my account details to process the refund. Lets hope they will be refunding the remaining amount soon. Will keep updated. Thank you, Consumer Complaints.

        Hi,

        Thank you for choosing *OYO*. Your booking for Capital O 86316 Hotel Geeta Palace is confirmed.

        *Booking Id*: MSPZ9060

        The above is my previous registration. At the last moment it was moved to another hotel without my consent or authorisation. No notification of any kind was raised from Oyo side. I was rejected my entry to this hotel as well as the changed hotel. I payed full amount for 3 days to stay in the hotel i booked untill this issue is resolved from your side.

        While contacting Oyo customer service i was assured to get full refund for my previous booking and a new booking was initiated with same dates for an extra amount. I was left with no other option at the moment and i payed the extra cash.

        Now no new registration is showing in my app. No refund has been received and there is no feedback of my payment or booking. This is a very difficult and unethical approach from Oyo side. This is 3rd day and i have not received any update from Oyo of full refund for former booking and extra money i payed for the new hotel booking. I received a very bad customer care experience from Oyo side initially. All these issues were caused from oyos side. So i demand a proper explanation for this scenario as well as full payment plus compensation for the trouble caused. I'm a oyo gold wizard customer and it was not the appropriate was to handle your premium user. Around 8k should be refunded and customer service is worse than ever. I had to book and pay for hotel and now I'm paying same hotel again from my own money to stay there.

          We had booked a room for group of 22 people in Bubaneshwar. OYO executive asked me to pay around 30% advance payment to confirm the booking and they said balance can be paid at the hotel. However, when the guests arrived at the hotel late at night, the hotel denied admission, behaved very inhumanely and closed the main door. The group had nowhere to spend the night. It is the responsibility of oyo to coordinate with the hotel property and ensure that they are informed. EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL AND TERRIBLE SERVICE by OYO. They are an epitome of how one can provide horrible service. OYO needs to be sued for mental harassment and trauma. Also, the advance paid did not get refunded

              I cancelled a reservation (booking ID: M6Z50361) on 11th September, corresponding to which I haven’t been refunded money yet which was promised to me within 7-14 working days. Even the customer care refuses to answer my query and it even shows on the help page that the money has been refunded but I haven’t received it yet.

                I have booked a hotel on Oyo rooms on 21 Sep 2022 and cancelled on same day.The customer care told refund will be initiated within 14 days but I have not received the amount till now.It is also not visible in my bookings option.

                  I've a booked a Oyo hotel ( booking I'd is KR0N2071 ) .on The booking payment of 791 rupees was made. But when reached hotel, the receptionist asked for more money than mentioned on Oyo. So I decided not to check in and went on to cancel my booking and requested a full refund. After some time they updated the refund status ' under process'. The next day they updated the refund status to " refund successful through original mode of payment". Then checked out my bank account and no money has been refunded to my account. I waited for some time but still no refund has been. Then I called their customer care executive and told him everything. He constantly argued with me that the refund has been done but I told him that I have proof of my last ten transaction. After hearing that I have proof regarding the matter he hesitated a bit and told me wait stay on the line and swiftly disconnect the call. I went on to call a several number of times and the same thing happened over and over again. Still no money has been credited to my account Nd i think they are doing this on purpose. I just want my money back that is all. Thank you.

                    After two complaints, I still haven't received my Rs 956 transaction reimbursement. I repeatedly tried to contact customer service, but I never heard back.
                    It has been my worst OYO experience. In my lifetime, I will never use OYO.

                    I received reimbursement for only one transaction, Rs 1142. The reimbursement of Rs 956 is still pending.

                        I cancelled my room booking no : B2PQ7944 on october 5 at subha sree, coimbatore due to plan change and wrong timings of check in, i contacted OYO customer care and they told that they initiated a refund but still i didn't received any sms or email from their end regarding the refund status... Its showing that refundable amount is zero. This is so ridiculous. After so many calls from my end i didnt received anyconfirmation regarding my refund

                        No response from oyo... So unprofessional, decided to go to consumer court
                        Its been 3 days.. No response from them. They saying there is a toll number [protected]. But f we call this number, they will tell us to type 1 to know refund status, but when we type 1 they will tell type 1 to goback to previous menu... Why this customer number then??? No way to contact them... This is so ridiculous... No value to the customer.
                        Its been more than a week... No response from them... Really unprofessional, going to give consumer court
                        I also had two other cancelled bookings Z0OJ6592 which i booked on 2 nd october nd B9B3 7606. I did not received my refund yet

                        No response as usual

                          I booked OYO Hotel named Royal Stay Inn, on October 1 to October 3. Contact number of Hotel is [protected]. I talked with the hotel staff about the refund and they said to do it through the app and customer helpline. But both, the app and the helpline number are useless, they are directing us in a loop, which does not at all helps to know the status of refund.

                            I had booked a room at Dehradun for 6 nights. However, upon checking in on 01 Oct 22, the amenities as shown and promised during the booking on the app were not made available. Moreover, the one of the staff was intoxicated and passed loose comments on us ( me and my spouse). Also the staff was not at all responsive.
                            Finally on cancelation of my booking after 1 day of stay, 1 day charges over and above my 1 day stay charges have been deducted as penalty without considering the fact that it was the pathetic state of the property and misbehaved staff that forced me to shift from that property.
                            The fact that the staff was intoxicated and poses a threat to the safety and security of the guests should be considered and no penalty charges should be charged for cancelation of the booking.

                              For my booking ID MRMS9543 (Amount- ₹1221) with OYO rooms at OYO Flagship 8632 Rathi Kunj for check-in on 2nd October and checkout on 3rd October, when I arrived at the location of the hotel, the hotel was nowhere to be seen. Hence I called the property number which was given to me via WhatsApp from OYO. The property owner receives the call and tells me that there is no property at that location and that it has been sold. Even he was shocked to see that OYO had taken a booking for a property that did not even exist. I have been calling OYO customer care for the last 3 days but to no avail. All they are doing is transferring my call and not resolving my issue and giving me my due refund immediately. OYO has been continuously for the last 3 days been transferring my calls and not giving any heed to my refund requests. Kindly request to please help me to get my money refunded immediately. After constantly calling them on the customer care, all they could do was cancel my booking but i still have not received any refund of the same.

                                Net refundable amount - 2922Rs
                                500Rs is refunded to Oyo Money.
                                2422Rs refund is pending.

                                None of the customer care numbers are working. I have emailed OYO also have contacted them on Instagram. No one has replied to me. 2422Rs is big amount for me. Please refund the same maximum by tomorrow.

                                Now it says money (2422Rs) has been transferred to my account. Check screenshot attached. But nothing got credited to my account. I am expecting payment in my same UPI ID I used to pay for the booking. The OYO customer care executive said it will be credited to back to same payment method as well.

                                I got a call from OYO team. They are saying it will take 7 to 14 days to credit the money. The screenshot I have attached clearly says "Refund of INR 2422.0 through UPI VPA successfully transferred" as a completed step. I still have not received any money.

                                Since when UPI transactions started taking 7 to 14 days to complete ?

                                  Booked thru Booking.com. received confirmation- not just once but several times, including the afternoon of my stay. Called on 9/30 Friday morning to confirm downstairs double queen as I would be a late check in with two elderly, mobile impaired seniors. Yes, everything good is the response, Received another confirmation that afternoon. Arrived at O HOTEL Eureka Springs Arkansas at 9PM and was told overbooked, no room available. I am very UNHAPPY to put it lightly. I had to go to another city and pay almost double the room rate just to have a place to stay. I am expecting OYO, the hotel, whoever to compensate me the difference in cost. Please contact me at 214.733.3883 or by email at [protected]@aol.com ASAP.

                                    Firstly they falsely marked my canceled booking(canceled from company end) as a successful stay. Then upon reaching out and waiting 1 hr on hold they sent an email saying that they have initiated the refund. Now it has been more than 22 days and they are not replying and the ticket status is shown to be closed.

                                      My booking I'd was ML384311.
                                      I had a booking to Oyo townhouse hotel rs. After reaching that place hotel reception' person refused my booking to saying that they are not accepting the Oyo booking.
                                      But my payment was already done that time . After calling 20 times to Oyo helpline number they said they were transferred my call to service department but the call would never connected to that depertment.
                                      Then how can I get my refund.

                                        Address: OYO rooms

                                        We had been to kerela this past week and we had booked a room via OYO rooms and when we reached the room we were denied entry and told to pay extra so we had to cancel the booking when booked we had paid an amount of 563 rs and that should be refunded to us in our accounts as it was issue from the OYO rooms side and had promised to do that but after that we can see that we are not able to contact the Coustomer care for the same and also we have nog got our money back too and in the name of instant refund they gave us some 200 OYO cash that is 100 rs which are of no use to us and we demand for our money
