[Resolved] Oyo Rooms — non providence of toiletries

Booking no.: bcwg9415 - oyo 1641 hotel radiance paradise, dehradun.

I was staying in hotel from 26th to 28th. I was not given basic toiletries by the hotel staff, upon asking for a toothbrush and toothpaste, they told me that oyo does not fund them properly and i had to personally go outside and buy a tooth brush and tooth paste, despite of paying so much at hotel
It is a deficiency in service and i would like have a reply from oyo on this as soon as possible.
