I'm filing a complain regarding a refund on cancellation of my oyo rooms booking (Odga7569). Here are the details:
1. The booking was for oyo 2693 evershine guesthouse for 3 nights (27th dec-30th dec) for amount 20635 inr
2. Booking was cancelled on 11:53am 26th december 2019
3. Cancellation was done more than 24 hours before checkin time (12pm 27th december 2019).
As per the cancellation policy on oyo website, i am eligible for 100% refund. I have also attached a screenshot of the same.

Unfortunately oyo customer support refuses to issue any refund.
Please process refund asap. It is important to honor what was committed to your customer on your website and in all the verbal communications with your agents.
