[Resolved] Oyo Rooms — Not able to cancel booking

I had booked OYO87156 Pradeep guest house Goa from 7th to 10th Dec 2022. I had booked on phone through oyo customer care. I want to cancel this booking. When i call customer care/service. it ask for mobile number used for booking+last 4 digits of booking id. It says no booking is done by this number and did not proceed for service dept. In OYO app in my booking also no booking is shown. when i enter help from app it shows booking with booking ID number but not able to cancel and says contact customer care. My booking id is WRT08966. Sep 1, 2022 Complaint marked as Resolved Company had not taken steps. I additionally make another booking to get it through service department based on new booking. which helped me to cancel the old boooking(ID WRT08966) OYO Rooms customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
